A BIT ABOUT ME
Long story short: Choreographer. Dancer.
Yoga Instructor.
Short story long: I grew up in Stony Plain, Alberta. Small town gal with a big town dream of becoming a dancer. Flash forward 22 years and I am still dreaming. Turns out, you never stop dreaming. Throughout the last 22 years I have been fortunate enough to appear on Paramount+, Netflix, music videos, touring conventions, commercials and music tours. I am now located in Vancouver, British Columbia where I choreograph, adjudicate, teach and dance professionally.
Years ago, by the grace of google, I found a yoga class that changed my trajectory. Like kindergarten is a prerequisite for grade one, I believe yoga should be a prerequisite for adulthood. Soon after, I became a certified yoga instructor. I am honoured to say I offer both online and live classes.
I hope to share space and time with you soon!
