Yoga Schedule: Welcome

MID-DAY FLOW

Monday, Wednesday and Friday
12:30 pm - 1:00 pm MST 
Class level: Beginner/Inter

This class begins with breath work and full body stretches. As class progresses, we build warmth by stringing balancing and strengthening poses together. You will leave feeling stretched and refreshed. 
Students are encouraged to take the class at their own pace, always moving at a level that works for them!

WEEKEND FLOW

Saturday
11:00 am - 11:45 am MST

Class level: Beginner/ Intermediate
This class begins with conscious breathing and a full body scan. We progress from floor stretches to standing sequences. It will give your body the chance to work on flexibility, strength and practice body awareness. 
Students are encouraged to take the class at their own pace, always moving at a level that works for them!

DEEP STRETCH & RELAXATION

Sunday 
7:00 pm to 8 pm MST
Class level: All

This class gives your body the chance to work on flexibility and conscious breathing. Each pose is held for over 8 breath cycles, allowing your entire body to loosen up. You will leave feeling a little bit more in tune with your body and mind.
